Public Property

Committee Members:   Mark Runyon – Chair, Carolyn Gerwin - Vice Chair, Carl Borngasser, Joan Bullard, Joe Steichen, Stan Weber, Bob Weller

The Public Property Committee shall have charge of the Historic Courthouse, Public Safety Complex, Law & Justice Center, Livingston Manor, Health and Education buildings and grounds, and all the other rented/leased properties from/to the County. They shall exercise the necessary supervision to preserve and maintain them. The Committee shall supervise the work and acquisition of supplies for the maintenance personnel. The Public Property Committee will receive a report of the inventory conducted by an appraisal service retained by the County Board.
